We change the menu every 2 weeks to ensure a culinary adventure that's always new and vibrant. We try to embrace variety as much as possible so that our customers can try something new.

We ensure our produce is always super fresh and of a high quality standard. We are in collaboration with a locally run family butchers and aim to source vegetable produce from local markets and farms where possible.

When selecting your menu choices before ordering there is a drop down of the full ingredients list and nutritional information. All meal prep is labelled with a full ingredients list, allergens and a breakdown of the nutritional facts including protein, carbohydrates, fats and calories.

Each meal is individually packaged, simply remove the lid or place loosely on top as all lids are microwavable. Place in the microwave and reheat for 3 minutes or until piping hot. All heating instructions can be found on the label.

The meal prep will stay fresh for 3 days upon delivery. All meal prep is labelled with the date of expiry, if you wish to eat after the day of expiry please freeze. The meal prep can be frozen for up to 1 month. To defrost, please take the meal out of the freezer the night before and leave it in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
